Q5: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER? AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Getting your order out the door and on its way to you in a timely matter is very important to us. We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after your order is processed. While we hit these shipping times 95% of the time, there are certain instances when we are running special promotions and/or peak ordering seasons, that your order may take longer than the expected 3-5 business days to ship and we apologize in advance for any short delays.

 

 

 

 

Q6: IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

 

Q7: DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Same day delivery is availble only for customers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi 

 

Q8: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase granted that the item is not used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return is compensated by store credit for the exact value of the initial purchase, and the store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Q9: WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return transaction is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited to you within 5 working days.

Q10. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ALTER GARMENTS?

United Designers is pleased to offer clients a complimentary alteration service for all garments purchased from the store. Our experienced tailors can assist in achieving the best fit on the garment of your choice. We understand that customers require alterations to be made as quickly as possible and we work hard to ensure that the shortest turnaround times are achieved.

United Designers customers enjoy complimentary home delivery of altered garments in the UAE.

If required, the tailoring service can also be used for made-to-order garments for a nominal fee.

 

 

Q11: WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

The flagship United Designers store is located in the Central Galleria on Level One of Mirdif City Centre. Collections are also available at House Of Fraser (Abu Dhabi) and Studio 8 (Dubai Mall) concessions.
